Amparo Cadavid Bringe
Consultant - Executive Director
Historian, MA in Communication and social development expert; she has been professor and researcher at several universities in Colombia and other countries. Has a 30 year career in the diagnosis, design and implementation of social development and communication strategies in communities, social organizations, international organizations and private companies, in areas of poverty, violence and conflict. She has worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility, and community affairs consultant for high-reputation companies mainly in the oil, gas and mining industries. Has directed regional communication diagnosis, and several researches about communication processes related to armed conflict, development, democracy, mass media, community radio, the regional conformation of Colombia and the processes of seeking peace and reconciliation. She has worked in depth the systematization and qualitative evaluation of social development projects in Colombia and Latin America. She has a broad fieldwork experience in community affairs, relation strengthening with local and national organizations, processes of dialogue and negotiation, and also an extended bibliographic and audiovisual production related to these subjects.
 
Juan Andrés Cooper
Consultant - Director of Communications
BA in Communication Studies and MA in International Relations, with emphasis in social development, community affairs and Public Relations. Has experience in research, fieldwork, design, implementation and evaluation of development projects. In the area of PR he has participated in the creation and carrying out of communication strategies for upscale clientele, managing close relations with the media, politicians and businessmen. He has worked in projects with immigrants in Australia, for their correct integration in the society, and also has been involved in communication, economic development, culture and peace projects in armed conflict regions of Colombia, and hence, building a first hand knowledge of the most vulnerable communities of the country. Additionally he has done journalistic work in radio and television.
 
David Fayad Sanz
Consultant - Director of Projects
BA in Communication Studies and Journalism, with emphasis in communication for social change and international journalism. He has concentrated his knowledge in social science research, systematization, evaluation, monitoring and diagnosis of communication and culture projects. He has experience in radio and audiovisual production and writing. He has the ability and passion for the ethnographic work and photojournalism. He has worked as an Assistant Professional to train working teams in communication and culture diagnosis, and also as organizer of communication conferences. He has experience in television journalism as editor and interviewer, and in radio also as interviewer and assistant producer. He is co-author of two papers at conferences about communication diagnosis and community press.

Alirio González

Comunicador y realizador audiovisual autodidacta, con experiencia en gestión de proyectos y procesos de comunicación, un explorador de estéticas audiovisuales y narrativas a través de la participación sumando técnicas y estructuras universalmente aceptadas en el oficio de contar historias. En 1995 inició con el diseño y consolidación del proyecto de comunicación ciudadana Andaquí, en Belén de los Andaquíes, formando parte de proyectos como la emisora comunitaria Radio Andaquí, el proyecto de lectura “los sueños del Azulejo” y a partir de 2005 la Escuela Audiovisual Infantil. Entre algunos de sus reconocimientos están: Premio a mejor medio comunitario, 2013, Revista Semana; Premio India Catalina Serie Telegordo, Categoria televisión Comunitaria, 2013 y el Premio de televisión de Calidad Infantil – CNTV – Ministerio de Cultura proyecto Telegordo en 2010.
